EEO Leaders includes former officials of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), who have served across numerous presidential administrations.
These are not ordinary times for equal employment opportunity in our nation. In light of the challenges facing us today, EEO Leaders was founded in February 2025. Using the collective decades of experience of its members, the EEO Leaders engage in four sets of activities:
Monitors and analyzes current Administration actions impacting equal employment opportunity;
Educates the public and employers on effective and legal ways to achieve equal employment opportunity;
Supports efforts to protect our civil rights laws and advance equal employment opportunity; and
Promotes a positive vision for equal employment opportunity in our society.
